Rooted in New Orleans, the New Orleans YPAR Collaborative is a community of youth participatory action researchers dedicated to amplifying youth voices to rewrite the narrative and transform systemic injustices.
The New Orleans YPAR Collaborative is a youth-led coalition of New Orleans organizations conducting research to create change in our city. Our initiatives create spaces for critically engaging with the stories that shape us, define our communities, and demand change. Across our organizations, we run year-round youth programming, including school-year and summer YPAR initiatives. We also provide training, curriculum, and resources for adults who want to become powerful allies for youth.
